Lider-Cargo
Warehouse and freight software for a working logistics operation: a WMS, an FTL transport system, two WebView mobile apps for clients and drivers, and the marketplace suite around LBM Market — admin and seller consoles included.
I build logistics and marketplace systems at Lider-Cargo — seven products, most of them from an empty repository. React and Next.js on the front, Node.js with NestJS and Express behind it.
From teaching the fundamentals to owning production systems.

Ten months mentoring students through backend and frontend — Node.js, databases, React — reviewing their code and unblocking them daily at the school where I trained on both tracks myself.
Internal logistics products, so no public demos — one line each.
Warehouse management system built from scratch — inbound, stock and dispatch in one operator-facing interface.
Full-truckload transport platform from scratch: orders, routes and trip states for freight moving across the country.
Mobile app for cargo owners — a WebView shell over a React build I wrote from scratch, tuned for phone-sized flows.
The driver's side of the same system — trip acceptance, status updates and delivery confirmation on the road.
Marketplace site plus its WebView mobile app — inherited from an outside team, then extended and maintained by us.
Back-office console for the marketplace: catalogue, orders, sellers and moderation in one dense dashboard.
Self-service console where sellers manage products, stock and orders without going through support.
Frontend is where I do my best work; the backend is close enough that I can own a feature end to end.
Claude and Codex are part of my daily loop — scaffolding, refactors and code review. I treat their output as a draft: I read it, test it, and stay responsible for what ships.
Najot Ta'lim, 2025 — backend and frontend tracks, plus IELTS. Every document is viewable.
